You can't Level up? o.o Well i think u can only get to 200 and rebirth to lvl 1 again.. But then the neg exp kicks in

Ask a GM to fix your level, that's what I did.

You need to kill a few monsters while you are in neg exp. If you kill quite a few, you will be able to go over lvl 70. Then, you will level to 146, but at least you can get 4th job.
