cant max monster magnet

when i click on duey to max my skills,monster magnet doesnt get maxed,then when i try to raise it it says that im lacking 1st,2nd or 3rd job skills.i also try going to all the other towns to try duey but monster magnet still doesnt get maxed...
what should i do ?

Some skills don't get maxed by Duey, so the only thing I can tell you is to max just the skills you want..

This is probably one of those bugged skills, so they just prevented it from being leveled up via Duey or regular Skill Points
