Does windows vista work for AFMS?

I keep trying to play but the patcher wont work it says unable to find neoncube grf... I researched and people are saying neoncube doesnt work with windows vista is this true? D;

Yes vista is compatible and I will post the correct AFMS client file you need.

Here's the download link. Take out all the neon cube and patcher files, they won't be needed.

move the neon cube into the folder
