Help the Ex-Heartless buged members ~please vote!

It might change Joe's mind and help us out,

If you wonder what happened-> Heartless guild got disbanded after a serveer crush or somthin ~which cuased all the members to be guildless+cant join any guild!
further more, ALL the members I met so far (about 10) has this same problem ~ower keyboard keeps reseting to defualt!
After I talked to Joe he just said he cant help.
~I hope that if the poll results will be positive he might change his mind.
