no .since less people go on forums & then a newbie just starts playing & ask a question & BAm hes ban ? thats gonna start some problems

So encourage people to use the forums.
Or put up a FAQ on the main site.

yeah. like they will listen. only time they make a forum acc is when they get banned or have a sort of problems.

Asking questions is alrite, but spamming should lead to a temp ban.

No, there are f4gs that will spam smegas like a 5 year old who wants his Pokemon cards.
