Why did i got banned? Empty Why did i got banned?

Well, first of all i didn't find any place in this forum where i can write appeal for a ban so i write here.....
I was playing in server and then suddenly i got DC and when i try to get back in game it says your Id is deleted or unable to login...
Only thing i could find about my ban was:
banned rayen: packet editing and dmh hacking in pvp (IP: /87.110.53.68 ) 2008-09-12 16:59:00
So any suggestions what should i do? beacose i don't even know what packet editing and dmh means....

yya if hurricane + sp then he will unban if he useing real hack then TOO BAD
