Banned for nothing! :( Empty Banned for nothing! :(

I just rebirthed my character TheDarkKing.
I laged a bit and I re loged. After that, I went to Henesys. Then, my game closed. I re loged.
I went to kill some snails at the henesys hunting ground. I leveled to 23 and wanted to go to the town. But I got banned...
I entered the IP bans section in the homepage, and the reason of my banning was: Movement Hack. I was not using hacks! I never in my life used hacks!
Please GMs help me and allow me to play! It was a confussion! Sad
