serisly ppl get banned all the time for some1 else stuffin up their acc. u shudnt ave even gave ur acc to some1 else unless ur prepared for that acc to be stuffds

The best way to resolve this is to take a picture of you and your brother, saying that he was the one that was hacking. Because we don't know if you truly have a brother or not? And another thing is you should tell your brother to write up a statement or a proposal that he was the one that was hacking and that he should apologize for what he has done

ok as soon as he gets up ill MAKE him take a photo and he will post his statment on this forum he prob get up at like... 2:00 AM lol

Yeah, I think this is the best possible way to get unbanned for un-justice. If you truly didn't hack, you shouldn't be the one at fault. So your brother should be the one doing the statement/proposal stating what he has done wrong, and that he should feel ashamed for making you banned for it too.
