Um, Overleveling like Crazy. Empty Um, Overleveling like Crazy.

Sorry if this has been posted and all but, is there anyway to fix overleveling? Like I was having neg exp at 68, so i went to fix it. The neg exp left at 69 and I had 99%, so decided to kill that little green worm and turned 149 straight. So is there a way to fix this?
