When you are lvl 200 go to Forest of Priest and do the Quest

i cant get the dragon mount and i dunno y. the instructor says i compleeted the quest and my reward is the red draco, i press ok and nothing happend and the closed book (meening that u've done the quest) doesn't diseapear.(u know what i meen)
