WTF?! What happened?! Empty WTF?! What happened?!

okay so i have 30k luk 30k dex 1k int 5k str and BAM! It's all gone along with my skills my inventory my equips...EVERYTHING IS GONE. I can't get new skills or new anything because it all disappears the second something goes into my inventory.. so basically i can't do 1 thing! is anyone else having this problem?? because all that I've worked for is gone...15 rebirths the gear the AP+freeAP and my pet.
