Unable to wear blue elemental gloves

I have a lv 134 bishop with 750 int and 199 luk, but for some reasons, i can't wear a blue elemental gloves.
Can anybody help me?

Some of the items are messed up like it will look like and have the stats like a bowman armor but it will only be for a magician class for example.
