i. Tell us which GM banned you
ii. If you did something wrong to the GM, please right a apology note to them

4. I got banned for not reading the rules?
i. Too bad, it's your fault for not spending 2 min of your time for not reading the rule

5. I got auto banned for no reason?
i. There is always reason why you got auto banned, tell us why.

If you want to include additional information, you can. Screenshots, and evidence is the best way to save yourself from a ban appeal.
