Banned. Corrupt GameMasters?

(Not sure if this is the right section, move if it's wrong)

Alright, so this was just another day playing AngerFist. Had fun changing my looks around and doing the same old. So when everything started to get settled down, I decided to go AFK and watch some television. Since my T.V. set is right next to my laptop I can instantanously pay attention to both objects. This is when I glanced over to only see myself saying "this server sucks" on an Avatar Megaphone, when I didn't even lay a finger on the keyboard. As I tried to claim my innocence by typing back, I was IP Banned on the spot. I don't know how this happened, this "person" had the same exact name as I did, but the only way to posses such powers of changing names is by being an GameMaster. There are a few reasonable facts that I wouldn't do this because,
1. Love the high rates of the server.
2. I've been playing almost constantly after the discovery of this server.
3. I'm the quiet type of person, if you've been paying attention I don't use smegaphones often at all, sometimes to help a new player on how to max skills, where the shops are, and how to get Draco.
4. I've rebirthed well over 60 times (Goes back on how much I play the server, so why would I want to get myself banned?)
5. If I truely wanted to get banned, why would I take the time to write my appeal?
6. I'm a sensible and literate person, why would I bother saying something so idiotic?


Conclusion: I did NOT say what has been said by my imposter. I don't know if this is just a sick joke by a GameMaster to get back on me for something I did or if there's a new sort of name copying hack out there. Whatever the reason may be, V3n0m, please look into this.

Also, "[GM]Bubblegum banned Apathetic: Avi smega and saying tis server sucks", Gotten from the IP Ban Tab on the v3n0m main page. I was well aware that no one is suppose to use an Avatar Megaphone since the first day I played, not only that I had knowledge of that, I also was not carrying a Avatar Megaphone at the time being. Point: Imposter also had a way to obtain Avatar Megaphones.

yeah i believe you iwas bannned also for nothing by bubblegum i was abused for dmg hack but i just hit 2-3 mill per arrows with max stat wich is normal =S

No one had the same exact name you did. It's a simple command any GM can do.

I've had a GM do it to be more then 5 times (Saying stupid stuff using a av mega), but he was the only GM online.

The whole thing was a joke though.

hmm that is simply bullshit... if you not unbanned by now ill make sure you are. but yes, there is a gm command that allows the gm to make you say whatever they want you to on a smega. tortise or david unban him please he dosnt deserve it

You know, I've played MapleFantasy before, and they released that command for GM's not too long ago. It wasn't that long to type.. I can't exactly remember how it was but, it was something resembling "@(player)(say) (something)". Maybe they coded it into something shorter?

Me neither. Once again, I was not carrying a Avatar Smega during the incident. So, I don't know how he managed to do what he did.

Beats me. The only time I even came into contact with a GM was when my skills got wiped and I asked for some assistance.

i'm glad apathetic is unbanned but im getting a bit pissed off because im banned now for a week also for nothing and nobody does a thing and venom wont respond to my email and pm =(
