Help, v3n0m my gm acc got prob

I need your help...my account [gm]msealol is stuck somewhere....help....when i try to enter my account i could enter it, but then when i double clicked it at the character selection screen i got d/ced straight away....and when i tried to log back in it gave me a sign that thr was someone inside or inspection....and so i used the d/c character at the website of v3n0ms gaming and I logged in again but i could not get into the game...at the character selection screen i dced again...I told my friends about it they said my ign:[gm]msealol was in channel 10 and so i went there but when i went there i tracked it but i was at channel 10 and i tracked it it still showed channel 10...My account had a bug...I think....i could access the character selection screen but i could not get into the game with my ign:[gm]msealol..But my other accounts were able to only [gm]msealol was unable to and i cant use my hotmail cuz thr was a trouble with my java script cant read,cant reply so im using this private msging...v3n0m pls help me un-bug it I beg you...

LOL I TOLD U IN MY POST...I ALREADY TRIED THAT I DOSENT WORK...IM LIKE...IN THE GAME BUT AT THE SAME TIME IM NOT....IT SAYS IM AT CC10 BUT I CANS TILL LOGIN TILL CHARACTER SELECTION SCREEN BUT AFTER THAT IT FREEZES AND I DC....I DID THAT DC THING 18 TIMES ALREADY....
