Uh ohes. Skills lost, items intact.

well, i tried looking around the forum for help but nothing really helped so here it goes:

I was just training at Himes while talking to some guy when all of the sudden, all of my skills disappeared. The hot key settings went back to default for some reason. Im pretty sure its not the pet bug because all of my items are still there and i already got rid of my pet last week. I still tried all of the fixes but it still didnt solve the problem. Can anybody help?
