Some Mobs Not Spawning Empty Some Mobs Not Spawning

Idk if this has been said before but for the past 3 days that Ive been playing there have been mobs that dont respond. And I mainly want to know why this is happening a lot?

Like what the top said.

Quest = ruin re-spawn rate for monster. Because the monster don't re-spawn back after you kill them

A lot of new players go and start a quest, which then ruins the re-spawn rate for the monster. The only solution is have v3n0m to restart the sever everytime

I think v3n0m should put it in the announcement or something, because i said this line over 1000 times already to people, and people still don't listen
