Well, if they can't get from NX shop or Mia, then the only way left is getting it from a GM.

pssht... i dont care who befriends me i dont give out items or listen to nonsense begs unless i want to which is rarely but only nooby GMs listen to any single beg and give it out to make a good impression...me and spanky(not sure bout spanky) u wont find giving out items xept his GF or best friend xD

the people who hangout GMs just use them u know fool i seen some ppl do it and it aint happening to them. only if they treat you like a normal person and a proper buddy then u can tell its they r good ppl =] they deserve it well im not talking about donor items, rare nx or w/e but id give my buddys a pacifier cuz i dont got lots i only buddy for real if i kno that if they wanna fool a Gm or not, all my buddies respect me
