Unable to log in to the game server Empty Unable to log in to the game server

Always when i double click my Charachter teh screen freeze and im gettin kicked back to the login screen with the
error : Unable to log in to the game server
I tryed every channel and tried it with another Char.
i got the new Client too.
and my v55 folder is workin fine with other pservers..
so can anybody help me?
