How do we upload a picture to my signature?

This may be a bit off topic, but just wondering how to upload a picture from My Pictures to the signature. Copy and pasting the picture doesnt work XD

Thanks. I managed to get it on, but the only problem now is that its too small. I originally made it 480x180. Anyway to make it appear larger?

no no no no no.do not use imagehack.us. do you see the button when you post... It looks like a picture with a little save button on it.... thats where you host it for forums... ._. Image hack makes everything uber small
