auto ban (help me fast please)

i get ban from the auto-ban .
story about for i get ban
i attack monster in the lagg and i wait 5min
and i get dc
i log and i click login wait 10sec and "your accont has been deleted or blocked from the connection"
i restart to modem and in the log and "your accont has been deleted or blocked from the connection"
my friend see in the game
"TheGanGster get ban from auto ban fast attack system and i no have hacks nothing!!!!
and in my accont have good items and lvl 170 or 169 i think. and i nervous!!!(i cant playyyyyyyy!)
