still says "cannot connect to the server" Empty still says "cannot connect to the server"

Ive reinstalled maplestory_v55 from the angerfist site and the launcher for angerfist and there all in the same folder but it still comes up as it cannot connect to the server. Ive heard there was a "play during the day" launcher for anger fist? could that be the problem and if so where could i download that at?
