Unban me please?

Dear Admin/GM,

Sorry for posting my first post in the wrong spot, but my story is:

Got autobanned (I think) when playign at a big amount of lag and I think it is because of the use of hurricane. I would appreciate it if you could unban me because I never use hacks on MS. There is no reason to use them due to high rates and awsome commands.. I hope to hear from you soon or be able to log in again. Keep up the good work with a good server!

Well, I was just playing the game (I don't know if u saw me but I just got my 4th job advancement as a.. you know bowman thingy) and I was using Hurricane (without any combo skills or anything, so no buffs!) and the game went into a lagmania and I tried to tele to the FM and when I got there lag was still running crazy. When i went back to the sharks I did another Hurricane and my connection failed. Now I can't log in and get a message about my connection being blocked or anything. You know me, I didn't knew a thing about the game and I needed your help, does this sound as a hacker to you mister Admin? I don't even know any MS hacking programs because my dad would kick my butt for using them. They just some keyloggers and trojans he tells me. The one thing i DID DO was enjoying every minute on this server, therefor im guilty to having fun.. Hope you, mister Admin, can unban me ASAP and let me play this dream called MS. To all the hackers who get banned for a reason: Burn in hell, and say hi to the easter bunny for me!
