There should be more than 1 admin

There should be like 2-3 admins so if v3n0m is somewhere, the other 1 or 2 admins can work on the server... -.-
I mean look at the server right now. I don't mean to criticize it, I mean I like AFMS, but look at the lags, bugs, glitches, d/c, downtime, etc.
And can someone plz post the staff members? =) I'd gladly appreciate that.
