if there's vulgure language in it they can be banned.

It is possible that Nightmare could be banned for vulgar language and it looks like he was threatening to ban the other GM. The pop up notice is not to be used by any GM.
Looks like Nightmare needs to reread the GM rules again.

where did he say that? the only thing i noticed is that you got a sticky for put up the GM rules and got everyone just to get people banned. If its somthing that is actually worth putting up i dont mind, but if its nothing that doesn't matter like a fight between 2 gms, the gm who banned the other gm will get banned later the gm will get unbanned. I just wanna know where Vemon said put this shit up.
