Weird Stuff Happening To The Server! o.o

The Stuff

1. Extreme Lag for no apearant reason.
2. Unbannable users: Invincible
3. Random disconnections, and 400+ people online on an Offline server.

Possible Solutions

1. Temporarly Remove Smegas to see if it helps
2. Have constant Server Restarts.
3. Fill me in with the information on the price of a better server.

ive always doubted invicible.... in pvp he does 40k+ dmg and has max str/dex, i have max str dex and only do 14k....

Nope. Theres one thing to his damage. His icecream bar. That icecream bar in his mouth enables him to do a lot of damage to a user in pvp.

This weird things happening could be summon bags, or any gm summoning, causing to busy the broadband, this way the server D/ced us, about others...well, guess that its cause by the server's bug info or maybe some part of server its malfuntioning i guess, but still dont trust the numbers on the server list.
