i need help d/c after character selection Empty i need help d/c after character selection

hey v3n0m i cant go past the character selection if i do it says "unable to connect to the server". if i try again it says "this account is already logged in or the server is under maintance".i tried everything(loging fox, ect.)i really want to play cuz this server kicks-butt! Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad do u have anything that could help?
