i dont know about u guys, but when theres a fuckin REGULAR storm at my house i dont think "OH SHIT I GOTTA CHECK MY EMAIL" i think "oh man wonder if its gonna get worse and what will happen if it does"
second, the servers been down, im not sure why, but im sure hes fixin something or adding something to make our gameplay better
so even if its been a week and a half, chill out. eventually he'll see this post and do somethin about it.

I doubt this is a reason to threaten the whole server. Shit, i'd be pissed to but it's not EVERYONE's fault. And if you used paypal, maybe you can use the payment resolution link or whatever. I think they can sort things out.

hey dude chill i donated 60$ and he said i would get it and i didnt get it for a week and i got pissed but at least i had control over it i emailed him and like few days later he was on and 1st thing he did was giving me wat i paid for so chill u can trust him... i think in my point of view u can he says he has alot of equests and alot of things to take care for thats y he isnt on much u will get it if the server is up soon

Ok lets see, Smacky didn't get it for a week, but atleast you got a reply from him.
As for the tropical storm excuse... I live in Florida too, actualy in one of the hardest hit places and Its been fine here for almost a week now... so unless he was one of the 1 in 1000 who actually had decent damage done, i dont see that as a usefull excuse.

And I don't need the servers to be up, I just need a refund after this shit the last thing i want to do is keep playing this server.

dude seriously... i dont see why he dosnt check his email? even with the storm it's not like he lost his internet connection or something? he was obviously on because he was messing with the server. for 2 days, and now ive been waiting for a reply for about 5 days now

LOL apparently you people dont read I emailed him DURING the storm I live in florida too and he answered like 5 mins later this was WHILE cocoa was getting hit

Pathetic. If you used paypal, there's a little button near the transaction that says DISPUTE. If there isn't, simply call paypal and tell them the goods were not received and you'd like your money back. It's gonna take about a week. I just gave you another option, use it, or the next option I give you wont be nearly as forgiving. I do not enjoy having my free time wasted by the likes of you, or anyone else. I am capable of so much more then you. I GAVE you a CHOICE, take it and leave.
