cant get back on..... Empty cant get back on.....

ok im new today and i was on for about 30 mins and i dc. now i cant get back on wtf guys! it says server is going under inspection or im still logged in and its been about 30 mins after i dc'd. so if you could help me i would thanks you 1000X.
