Registration Pages, the D/C your character page, Map Fix, Inventory Fix, Level Fix, Guilds, Ranking, Report Log.....pretty much most of the links on the page won't work unless the Admin(V3n0m) is online.

You can't really see whether or not he is logged on. You just have to wait and hope for the best.
