How About Non - Singaporeans?
Non - Singaporeans are able to join but they may not understand much of Singaporeans talking.
Also if non - singaporeans join , their position either Jr Master ( Government ) & Immigrated.
How to Join?
1. Whisper BlurBoiz or [xICETEA , Lakamiya , SiaoLianEh] - Any of Them
2. If I am not Online In Game , Leave a Message here if want to JOIN.
