Hey is the server up at all Empty Hey is the server up at all

Is the server up at all because people keep talking about in game stuff... on their posts they're talking about stuff that happens in-game AFTER the server shut down.... so is it up but just really incomplete or something...? and i can't get AFMS to run on my comp so i'm guessing it's not up unless i can download some client... Please help me...
