Server up or down

i says the server is up but i cant play on it

Yeah same here the exe from media is saying some kind of kedenelerror shit and the other one says unable to connect to loggin server...

mine says server is down but on web site it is up

On the site it says the server is up but then when i try it , the server is down. Then when i try to download the client again it says something about BandWidth Limit Exceeded or somthing. is this meant to happen? please reply
