Cant register an account, pls help~~~

Guys,
Sorry, i'm new to private server. Nid some help & guide from u guys to help me through this game.
Just find my way out to complete dwnloaded this AngerFistMs, so glad & excited to start the game. But somehw, i got problem in register an account frm here. I found out that when i login n register at http://www.v3n0ms-gaming.com/mscp/register.php. When i clicked submit, it goes to the page that say Warning:mysql_connect(), can't connect to MySQLServer. Is there any bug or error on this web page of registation?
