How a ban appeal should be like.

Please put your ban appeal in this format.

IGN: (Please note any other IGN you have)
Reason for ban: (Please tell us the reason why you got ban)
What will you change: (Please notify us on what you are going to change

For example;

IGN: IceClimber
Reason for ban: I was spamming super megaphone
What will you change: I will limit on how much super megaphone I use daily.

This is for a basic ban appeal.

If one of your reason is located down here, please include these.

1. My friend/family got me ban.
i.Please post a picture of you/friend saying He got me ban.
ii.Please tell your friend to right a statement/proposal saying that he/she won't ever do it again

2. I was caught hacking/glitching.
i.Please right a 300 word essay on what you did was wrong.
Format of essay;
-Beginning
-Middle
-End

3. A GM banned us for no reason?
i. Tell us which GM banned you
ii. If you did something wrong to the GM, please right a apology note to them

4. I got banned for not reading the rules?
i. Too bad, it's your fault for not spending 2 min of your time for not reading the rule

If you want to include additional information, you can. Screenshots, and evidence is the best way to save yourself from a ban appeal.

Please stay out of other people ban appeal, unless you have evidence, or stuff that you want to say.

HA! I SHOULD WRITE AN APOLOGY NOTE? for disagreeing with that hoe bag? lol he should be writing to me, bubblegum, zenairo, summer, and cookie.
