Heartless Guild is gone. key whipe. glitched. cant make new guild even though its gone? skills lower? anyway to unglitch?

well Joe...once they buy pets and buy pet equips the person who has it glitches the guild, his keyboard gets resetted automatically. And his invent goes crazy, well the invent fix fixes it but what if it happens again Joe please investigate this bug/glitch/error this is the only problem i'm getting now and i can't do anything about it well mostly no
