Wow, no warning, no anything, just blocked, what gives?

Hello, around 5 minutes ago I decided to go to zakum, I spawned on left side of zakum and started attacking - out of nowhere a GM appears and I lose connection - I go back and it says I was banned. I mean honestly, what gives?!? I didn't do anything except attack Zakum - is that a bannable offense? No warning, just boom. I wasn't even on the map for 5 seconds. Before I find another Zakum map and I'm told to stop using "sniper" - it's an xbowman skill that gives really insane damage - I'm not allowed to use a skill? Anyway, what to do?

no its glitched. thats why joe blocked it from the game because its unfair. and when you use it even if it is just a skill its considered hacking. if you want unbanned talk to joe

Well I didn't know! I just joined the game today! I would never intentionally break the rules, so all right, I'll talk to Joe, I'm very sorry!

hmm well his username on the forums is Dudeman10 so pm him or call or email him... or just ask a gm to unban you.

Do I ask a GM on this thread to unban or should I go to the banned forum and post there?

Edit: I tried searching for Dudeman10 in members but got notice that user was not found.

Edit2: I'm sitting here trying to understand this entire banning business. I mean, I just joined today - there was no alert, no warning, no nothing not to use the sniper skill. It would behoove the site to really take into consideration when someone joined - considering I just joined today it is apparent I knew nothing about certain skills being glitched. I've never played on a ps until today and I was truly enjoying myself. *sigh* I think maybe a notice once you log on warning folks not to use certain skills would help!

Edit3: And to download this game today I shelled out $10 for premium megaupload account because the file was over 600 mb and I couldn't download it unless I got a premium account for one month. Ugh! I mean honestly, if this doesn't say anything about my integrity I don't know what does. I'm not a very happy camper!

It was more like 999,993,343 - the last 4 numbers changed with each attack. LOL..I'm sitting here thinking it's just a special skill with crazy high damage - good grief what a let down. I even called my boyfriend to show him the insane damage, my kid was like WOW (he plays ms too and can't stand the grind as I - and today was the first time I ever been on a Zakum map!!). I feel like I spent $10 for nothing, and let me tell you, I've been an ms member for YEARS and NEVER have I done anything unethical or dishonorable. I merely chose to try a ps because I was tired of spending hundreds of dollars just to level up with 2x exp!

The name of the character who got banned is AppleJuice. I truly appreciate your help - apparently the GM was just doing his job - I'll be more vigilent as far as glitched skills go - I should have known something was off when I was hitting 1b damage with only one skill. I'm so very sorry!
