New client.

Tried downloading the new client posted a few days ago on frontpage of forums. However its a .rar and my comp has a problem with running .rar files? anyone wanna explain how to get it to work since I'm a computer noob? thanks.

OK nevermind about how to get the .rar extracted I figured it out... but I still can't connect to the game, is the server down atm?
