I got banned for no reason:Zelkova=IGN

I was killing Zakum. I killed the top 3 arms on the left side of the screen and proceeded to kill the arms on the right side of the screen.
After doing enough damage to kill the arms, they did not die, and I realized I was lagging. I kept attacking in hopes of the lagging stop, however, I disconnected instead. When I tried to log back in it said I was blocked or deleted. Found my characters name in the IP ban list, with the reason of "Hacking". I did NOT hack. Please unban me D:

I was using: shadow partner, advanced combo, eye, etc + hurricane.
I just found that using SP+Hurricane during lag is considered fast attack?
If so, can I please be unbanned? I seriously did not hack D:

Yes, I was using bow booster.Why? Does that make it a bannable offense? =(

for one thing u said u kept attacking to hope that the lag would stop...
if ur useing shadowcane and u no it can ab for fast attack y didnt u stop attacking to w8 the lag to stop??
