trouble with anger fist ms

hi all, new here. Anyways, i just downloaded the exe's and placed them into my maple story folder, and whenever i double click anger fist ms, the screen goes black as if it's gonna start, then goes back to my regular screen and nothing happens. anyone know what I'm doing wrong? any help is appreciated. Thanks!
