v3n0m, take this into consideration, please.

I think you should allow GMs to restart the server ONLY when it goes down/offline and no one can get on.
They would not be allowed to restart it any other time.

lol just thought of this, in the cash shop i think there should be a custom item called "Server Restart" that would piss alotta people off cuz the server wouldn't be playable for more than 5 minutes at a time cuz people would always restart it.

nice idea kristi but there should be something like that all the gm's on can vote and if vote passes the server restarts so that not one gm can restart it (hope you know what i mean)
