I think that if we upgraded to the current version of GMS, add in the pirates class, and get it properly working, we will be able to gather our lost players and get them back on our server! I think you should allow GMs to restart the server ONLY when it goes down/offline and no one can get on.
They would not be allowed to restart it any other time.
